I am an "F&B" Director and Executive Chef in a high standing sports center in Manacor, Mallorca.


More than 30 years between the kitchens of restaurants in Spain and the Balearic Islands have led me to make from the most homemade recipes to modern creations without forgetting the traditional essence.


Modern touches with authentic flavors; aromas, textures, colors... an explosion of unique sensations.


I am dedicated to designing special and unique signature menus and dishes that bear my personal stamp: Quality


I experiment and research with ingredients to enhance the benefits of food, and at the same time be an attractive and appetizing design

I have been cooking for more than 17 years in Restaurants and Hotels in Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera, and I have trained myself day by day learning new culinary techniques, Asian and European cuisine, fusion cuisine...


I cook for lovers of good taste and exquisite palates


I love preparing exclusive dishes at private dinners. It is very satisfying to observe the client enjoying themselves in an environment created for that moment: in their living room or terrace.


I share my knowledge with my students in the cooking courses and workshops of "Sa Cuina"

They are designed so that anyone can learn to cook their favorite dishes, both children and adults, making those moments a plan to relax in a quiet and pleasant environment.
